I have been going to this dentist for over a year. I travel from Adair, OK to OKC for the technology they offer, the in depth exam, the clinic staff is amazing. I have had my teeth cleaned from Dr. Alexandra Hernandez and now have been doing my Invisalign And my smile is AMAZING and I feel so much more confident. My son, who has sensory issues, went and got his teeth cleaned by Dr. Hernandez and she did so great with him. She made him feel safe and secure. I HIGHLY recommend Uptown Smiles. The insurance process is great too. Thank you Dr. Hernandez and staff. Also, I had my face laser 3x’s, 2 facial chemical peels, and micro scraping, and Botox in my forehead. The face lasering was absoulelty amazing. My face evened out with color and blotches. The chemical peels got all that nasty dead skin off and completely made my face look younger and clear. The Botox was amazing, I can still move face. Not stiffness or any kind of issues. Dr. Hernandez was VERY precise on her measurements to NOT hit a nerve or cause any droopping in the face. I know several folks that have had Botox and it has not turned out, well. I can say without a doubt, I was VERY pleased with the work it took and the outcome. I love my face and how well my makeup goes on and looks. Not ONLY a dentist office, but offers cosmetic services to help you with your beauty needs. I HIGHLY recommend Uptown Smiles, especially Dr. Hernandez.

This is an excellent dentist. Let's start with walking into the office. It's a nicely decorated office with a comfortable waiting room. The check in was quick with no problems and my wait time before I was back in the exam area was minimal. After that I went through the x-ray and cleaning and the technicians did an excellent job keeping me up to date with what was going on and what they were doing all while being very friendly and relaxed. Finally, when it was time for the dentist to take a look in my mouth she was very thorough and took her time. At no point did I feel like she was just rushing through to get to the next person. She answered my questions, put me at ease, and was herself friendly and relaxed. Finally at the end of it all, I got checked out and scheduled for my next appointment, including a quote for work that was needed, quickly and efficiently. I'm happy because I feel like I have found a dentist I can use for years to come.

Scheduled a visit to the office, however after looking to move to another day due to a personal event, the front desk was rude on the phone and wouldn't let discuss other weeks that would work. So after getting frustrated cancelled altogether and decided to visit a different dentist. Further consideration needs to be given to better customer service from support staff if they are building their business.

Absolutely the best Dentist!!! Dr. Martinez took the time to explain to me in details all the procedure and she was the first dentist who paused to ask me if anything hurt. It was the first time I had totally pain-free dentist visit. They have the latest technology equipment and have a small area for kids, which kept my kids entertained while we waited to be seen and this is something I have to consider as a mom. I had a dental emergency on a brand new dental plan, so I needed a new dentist immediately. They fit me in within an hour. At first i was suspicious, why weren't they busy.... but I went anyway. They were fantastic! I ended up needing some major work which they managed to fit in that day. They were constantly asking if I was ok? Was I still numb? And they really listened to me. There was no judgement, no pushes for pricey treatment I couldn't afford, just an honest upfront treatment plan. After my procedure, they have called to check on me, ask if I have any questions or concerns. I will be going back to finish my treatment plan because they worked with me to schedule it based on my individual needs! Can not recommend them enough.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hernandez in order to obtain a second opinion after another dentist informed me that I had 3 new cavities and needed fillings. I didn’t tell Dr. Hernandez or her staff about my predicament until after my evaluation was completed, and as it turned out, I didn’t have any dental problems whatsoever. Her expertise and attention to detail saved me from undergoing an unnecessary procedure (as well as time, money, and pain). Moreover, Dr. Hernandez and her staff are kind and down-to-earth people, and I don’t think I’ve ever smiled and laughed at a dental appointment as much as I did during my last visit with Dr. Hernandez. I love the staff. I visited with Dr. Hernandez and she dropped so much knowledge about my teeth. Already fearful of dentists, she made it easy for me and did a great job. I feel extremely confident and love how she gave me different options that fit within my price range for any further procedures that I will need. I did set up a future appt for a 6 month clean up because I already know I found my official go-to Dentist. The building is really nice and clean as well. Also excited for my future facial cosmetics they offer.

I loved how personable the staff was and I felt that they took great care in making sure not to miss anything. Also, they do help in cosmetics and I am so excited to start the laser treatment :) 5 stars and kid friendly too! My daughter loved going and is excited to go back!!!

Great place. This was my first visit to a dentist in a while. I loved that they talked me through multiple different scenerios with the tooth I was having trouble with. Debbie and Dr. Hernandez are amazing. Also, the dental assistant was amazing as well. (I’m sorry, I can’t remember her name.)

I had the most amazing experience with Uptown Smiles today! It's been three years since I've had a cleaning due to several negative experiences with dental work in the past but Dr. Hernandez and her staff put me at ease immediately. The office has a calm, welcoming atmosphere and everyone went out of their way to be as accommodating as I needed to make me comfortable. Dr. Hernandez was thorough and offered helpful advice for maintaining good dental health. I would highly recommend Uptown Smiles to anyone looking for an excellent local dental office that successfully made a sometimes unpleasant experience as comfortable as it could be.

I had my eyebrows microblanded by Ciara Amir (look her up she is the brow whisperer! I absolutely love my brows! ) at Uptown Smiles on a Friday evening and just happened to grab a card from the front desk to schedule a cleaning and exam. I must say as someone who absolutely dreads going to the dentist due to horrible past experiences I have now found my new dental home! This was the first time I have ever been to a dentist who has not hurt me. I am actually looking forward to my next exam! The entire staff makes you feel at home, makes sure you are comfortable (they brought me a blanket because I got cold) and answers all of your questions. Dr. Martinez was extremely gentle and thorough at the same time. Debbie at the front desk is awesome! Most likely the person you will talk to when you call the schedule! Uptown smiles is hands down the best!!!

I loved it! I called to get an appointment today and they were able to get me right on in. Upon walking in everyone was extremely welcoming. They explained everything with me to help me better understand what would be taking place and why. Dr. Hernandez is awesome! She gave me the second opinion I needed that my previous dentist claimed to be true and it was not. She also throughly explained to me about the condition that I have and came up with a treatment plan to help prevent further issues.

An amazing experience! My new dentist treated me as if I were a member of the family! The way Dr. Hernandez instantly related to my specific condition, it was almost as if we've known each other for over 10 years! I had a fantastic experience at Uptown Smiles! When I arrived I didn't have to wait, even though I was early. The woman who took my x-rays was gentle and thorough, and I was amazed at how much time Dr. Hernandez spent with me! She asked me questions about my dental history and spent time going over my x-rays and explaining my problem areas and how to take better care of my teeth. I loved the "power-washer" cleaning technique she used. She was very thorough and careful and I felt comfortable throughout the whole cleaning. From the office staff, to the techs, to Dr. Hernandez I felt welcomed and was treated kindly and professionally. I'm very happy to have found such a great dentist office in OKC!

I really like their facility, it was very clean and well run. I love that they offer more services than just dental and that Dr. Hernandez worked directly with me. She did a great job with cleaning and removing a cavity from underneath an old sealant. The rest of the staff were professional and knowledgeable as well. Great experience!

Best dentist I've been to yet! I had a joint appointment with my son, who just turned two, and I was so impressed with how accommodating they were! The reception area is calm and relaxing, and had a little room for the kids to sit in. There were refreshments to have while we waited, but I didn't have to wait long! I went first and let my son watch them work on my teeth, and then they cleaned my son's teeth. Everyone was so bright and cheery!

I never write reviews but I really have enjoyed my experiences at Uptown Smiles and I’m not a fan of dental work! Dr. Hernandez and her staff are very friendly and professional. I have visited the office a total of 4 times and each time was pleasant. The staff remembered me, made sure all my questions were answered and made sure I was comfortable. The office is clean and nicely decorated with complimentary coffee and snacks. I would recommend them to anyone!
